Adobe’s “discounted” price for the Photoshop CS5 upgrade is $199.00? Where’s the discount? B+H’s REGULAR price is $184 for the Windows upgrade and $195 for the Mac upgrade. Adorama’s REGULAR prices are $190/Win and $193/Mac. Hunt’s REGULAR price for the upgrade is $184 for either Windows or Mac.
Please folks, PLEASE support local businesses; at least compare our prices, you might be surprised. Call Hunt’s Providence store (401-751-5190) and ask for the PSRI price. In light of current gas prices we will ship it to you for free.

I am not sure though if the Photoshop+Lightroom bundle with extra 30% is available through Hunt’s. If it is, let’s inform the membership.
Cemal, I wasn’t criticizing anybody, just trying to get our members to check retailers’ pricing (Hunt’s and others) before they jump at a discount being offered by a software publisher. Sometimes it is a real value, sometimes it really isn’t. I did not tell you about Hunt’s running a sale because we aren’t. That’s our regular price.
