We are having a “pot luck” menu with members providing dishes for all of us to sample. Please use the form below to let us know you will be there, what you are bringing and if you are bringing a guest. For food items please indicate what type of dish you intend to bring (i.e., salad, desert, main dish, side dish, appetizer, etc.)
