Photodex, one of our continuing sponsors and makers of the popular ProShow Producer and Gold series has just announced a new product: ProShow Web. I have been using it under various beta releases for some time now and can tell you that in some ways it is slicker than the standalone products with which it shares a stable. Users can bring their images, write text, upload their music or select from the online library, select a theme, tempo, etc. After the show is created, it can be easily downloaded to Producer for further editing or tweaking. The created files can be shared online on the ProShow Web site or they can be downloaded as video files.

Here is the link to a sample (it may soon be deleted as they are purging the old material, mistake!) If you visit my site on occasion you might have seen this show after I filtered it through ProShow Producer 😉 ProShow Web was not yet announced and I could not have disclosed that. It also demonstrates how a show can be produced on the Web and imported and refined in Producer. Here is the link to one on my site.
