We met at the corner of Bridge and Point Street in Providence around 7:30 PM. The workshop began with the Providence skyline. As we were choosing our positions and setting up our shots Jurgen spent time with each one of us making sure the camera settings were right and what to do to make the next image better. Everything he talked about in the lecture on Tuesday we were now using, especially the math. Next we walked to the power plant and flood gates for some more practice, then under the bridge. It was interesting the way the blue under the bridge reflected on the water. The last place we went was India Point to do some light painting. Again Jurgen was checking in with us, showing us how to light the stones and pylons to balance the lights in the distance.
