PSRI is very excited to announce an upcoming workshop with Newport’s very own Onne van der Wal!
NARRAGANSETT BAY SUNSET CRUISE
ONNE VAN DER WAL
Onne van der Wal’s award winning nautical photography is world renowned for its unique composition, brilliant colors, tack sharp details and his attention to the technicalities of digital photography. From his Newport, RI based studio and retail gallery, Onne and his staff manage his extensive collection of stock and fine art photography of more than one million photographs. Onne’s library holds images from around the globe and features the most beautiful classic yachts, the sleekest racing machines, quiet harbors and secluded beaches, icebergs, and wildlife. First known as a professional sailor who raced in the Whitbread Around the World Race, Onne’s keen eye for composition is steeped in his love for the ocean and boats, and the serene beauty they offer when photographed. Often the first choice for commercial assignments, Onne’s name is synonymous with getting the job done with brilliant results. His images make an ad campaign rise above the competition and his fine art prints bring his creativity home to your walls or office. Stop into the Newport Gallery to see his amazing fine art photographs and see for yourself why his work is simply the best.
