Roman Kurywczak will be giving his Photographing the Night Sky presentation to PSRI this coming Tuesday, April 2 at 7:30 PM. This presentation is sure to be an eye opener to the possibilities of night time photography, and was a HUGE crowd favorite at NECCC last summer!
An educational how-to program designed to open up your eyes to the possibility of photographing landscapes with the star-filled sky as a backdrop. Equipment, tips, techniques, and camera setting for both star points and star trails will be covered. We will also explore “light painting” of a foreground subject as well as overcoming those obstacles that hinder night photography when the conditions are less than ideal. His e-book on the subject, “A Digital Guide to Photographing the Night Sky” is available as both a download from his site www.roaminwithr oman.com.
This presentation is sponsored by Hunt’s Photo and Video. Hunt’s will have a number of products available for sale, so you might want to get there a little early to browse the mini store! If there is something in particular you are interested in purchasing, please call Alan or Jerry at (401) 751-5190 and let them know, and they will bring it to the show!
