Photographic Society of Rhode Island is proud to announce the 2009 Ocean State Color Dual Projection Exhibition. The last year’s salon brought a very large number of excellent photography to PSRI from all over the world. We expect nothing less in 2009. As we did last year, we will accept digital submissions using the electronic process that successfully handled all the submissions.

The digital image submission is now open. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY before concluding the system is not working. Here is the short version:

1. Make sure that your images are not larger than 1024×768 pixels. If you try to submit larger, you will fail
2. Make sure that your image files are not larger than 500KB. If you try to submit larger, you will fail
3. Make sure that your files are in RGB format, not in CMYK or L*a*b
4. Make sure your images are in JPEG format
5. Check image dimensions and file size, trying multiple times with files that do not conform to the above rules will not make these rules go away
6. Our system names the files on the fly to conform to our standards
7. Payment happens after at least one image is uploaded with a title
8. Without payment your submission is not complete
9. Upon successful submission and payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail
