I agree with his perspective on many levels.  His artistry both behind the lens and in the darkroom is and always will be apparent in his work.  I loved his statement about bracketing.  Something I never do either as it is my contention as well that you have to know what you are creating.  Therefore, your technical and artistic expression is a manifestation of your capabilities as an artist.  Does that make sense to you?Cheers,
