Greater Lynn Photo OpGot the winter blahs? Cure them by spending the Saturday, February 11, at GLPA taking advantage of the photo opportunities (AKA Photo Ops) available to you. There will be still-life setups—regular and black light, Shiv Verma’s polarized light setup, and glassware. For models, there will be two long-haired chihuahuas who love to pose. There will also be a couple of children at various times during the day.

Griffin Museum of Photography

Griffin Museum of PhotographySteve Tierney sent me an e-mail about the programs at the Griffin Museum of Photography. There are several interesting exhibits, presentations that will provide good opportunities to see photographic art in these cold winter days. Spanning several locations, the museum presents a rich collection of photographic art. For a detailed program visit their site and start marking your calendars. Looking ahead, there are more exhibits to come. I wonder if a field trip may be a good idea?

Thanks for the tip Steve.

Login Night

I mistakenly marked the January 10 meeting as the login night after the last BoD meeting. After checking with Dennis, it has been corrected (thanks Dennis) as the January 17 meeting being the login night. I apologize if I caused any confusion. The calendar shows the correct login night.
